Auf originalen Instrumenten aus dem fernen Orient – der Schilfrohrflöte NEY, der persischen Geige KAMANTSCHE, der VIOLINE, der persischen Trommel DOMBAK und der indischen TABLA - entstehen Impressionen der alten persischen und indischen Musikkultur in vielseitigen Nuancen.

Ensemble Anantya interprets traditional compositions of classical persian music with new arrangements. The delightful fusions bring polyphone elements into the original modal melodies created to a new sound. Karewan -e del means caravan of the hearts and is the firstoutput of the musical project. Ensemble Anantya plays with instruments from Iran and India: the ney made by reed, the violin and the kamantsche, a string instrument played in the ancient music of Iran and the tombak, the most famous persian drum. Our music is accompanied as well by the master of indian drums, the tabla and different frame drums, like riq and bodhran.
