ZEITGENÖSSISCHER TANZ & IMPROVISATION
Dieser Kurs bietet eine vielseitig Annäherung an die Grundlagen des Zeitgenössischen Tanzes durch ein fundiertes Tanztraining, das Gestalten von Choreographien aus unterschiedlichen Stilen von Modern bis Hip Hop und das Eintauchen in die Welt der Tanzimprovisation. Dabei bietet die zeitliche Verlängerung des Kurses das Kennenlernen von Übungen zur Entspannung und Aufmerksamkeit für den Atem und die innere Balance durch fundierte Übungen aus verschiedenen Yogatechniken: dance-it !

Course description
“ORFF-Schulwerk: chosen topics from Music and Dance Education in theory and praxis”
The seminar “ORFF-Schulwerk: Ideas, developments and chosen topics from Music and Dance Education in theory and practical use” contains an introduction in the history, development and current perspectives of the Schulwerk with regard to topics from elementary work with music, dance and language. The discussion of the variety of themes from contemporary Music and Dance Education requires a harmonization on a wider scale, which integrates theoretical views as well as a proper introduction of the ORFF- Schulwerk with practical exercises.
The contents can be understood in appropriate form through the performance and act of music and dance. It can also be internalized in one´s own adapted style and form, in order to pass on the information for potential target groups. The most important aspect of the work is to spark creativity and creative composition of elementary forms of musical-dance activities, that means the working-through of musical and dance compositions with aid of improvisation and composition in connection with concrete tasks and topics.
The sensitization and perception for oneself and the development of one´s own repertoire in the musical language as well as in the approach of dance, play a major role within the larger concept of the ORFF- Schulwerk. The process-oriented performance of music and dance pedagogy within the group is also as important.
Above all, the course will be a presentation and explanation of principals, as an example of the combination of music, movement and other artistic-pedagogical areas of Aesthetical Education, which is a model for the implementation in different educational fields, such as work with children, youths and adults.
